September 2009 - The Climb II-HIV/AIDS Program of the UMMC Department of Medicine’s Division of Infectious Disease is located in the old Genoa Clinic space, next to the Jackson Heart Study on the first floor. Shear Talent Beauty Salon, a full service beauty and barber salon, recently celebrated its 20th Anniversary as a tenant of the Jackson Medical Mall Thad Cochran Center. It is the second longest tenant here at the Medical Mall, next to Picadilly Cafeteria. Owner Dewayne Starling says his time at the Mall has been a wonderful journey. “We have really enjoyed being here and becoming a partner with the Jackson Medical Mall,” says Starling.
