$250 (non-refundable) fee and $350 (refundable) deposit

Tables and Chairs- 40 (round) tables and 280 chairs

Chairs only- 400-500 chairs (only 250 provided by the Medical Mall)

*****If needing projection equipment, please bring your own extension cord or surge protector, laptop and projector. We will provide you with a portable screen.

 

Available Equipment:

 

JMMF provides (250) chairs, (35) 8’ ft. (white) tables, (36) 60’ in. or 5 ft. round tables, PA system, podium, projector/screen (CMR), portable screen, blue backdrop, piano, mobile stage, TV/VCR, (2) easels, (1) mobile stage

 

Payment:

 

We accept cash or check. Credit cards are not taken at this time.

 

Two (2) separate checks are required; one for deposit and one for fee. Please write the name and date of event in memo section of check.

 

Invoice will be provided upon request.

 

All fees will need to be paid 5 days before the event.

 

Deposit is due 5 days after booking or 14 days before the event. The deposit will be refunded if the areas are left debris free (food and decorations must be removed), equipment is not damaged or misplaced, no tape are on the walls and contract was not violated.

Additional Fees:

 

Additional fees may occur when over 4 hour limit or additional security or housekeeping is required.

 

Prohibits:

 

The follow events are prohibited at the Medical Mall facilities: family reunions, wedding receptions, class reunions, baby or bridal showers, anniversary or birthday parties, religious or political events, concerts, dances, other social gatherings or “for-profit” fund-raisers that are not directly related to the goals and objectives of the Foundation.

 

Smoking or drinking alcohol on the premises.

 

Selling or soliciting the same products that are already offered by our tenants.

 

Open flames within premises.

 

Catering:

 

Outside caterers are available; however the Medical Mall encourages the usage of the following for better and easier access:

Security:

 

Security is provided and included in your fee. If you bring your own security, please contact 601-982-8467 5 days prior to event date.

 

Media:

 

Media is welcomed at the Jackson Medical Mall; however we must know in advance that they have been invited. Media must be accompanied by a member of the Public Relations Department or Security at all times.
