Taste of UMC 2008

 

Mouth watering aromas filled the corridors of the Jackson Medical Mall during the University of Mississippi Medical Center’s Annual “Taste of UMC” fundraising event February 16, 2008.  Several hundred were treated to special recipes that could satisfy any palate. Various departments from UMC hosted booths with signature dishes, all vying for the “Taste of UMC” Best Dish Award.
